PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measure utilizable for upgrading functions of a general-purpose article by making functional microcapsules stick to floss obtained from by-products of farm household floss, factory floss, etc., by a simple means. SOLUTION: The functional microcapsules are made to stick to the floss which is a by-product in sericulture or a silk reeling mill and the resultant floss is then opened into a state of short loose fibers.
