PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin film or laminate sheet which excels in flame retardance, does not generate a harmful gas on incineration, is free from residual ash, and excels in the luminous transmittance of easily confirming the contents visually. SOLUTION: The polyolefin film comprises a polyolefin resin and a flame-retardant composed of a nitrogen-containing compound represented by formula (1) [wherein R<SB>1</SB>is a triazine derivative group containing a piperidyl group represented by formula (2); R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>2'</SB>are each R<SB>1</SB>or hydrogen; a, b, and c are each an positive number of 2-5; R<SB>3</SB>is a 1-10C alkyl group or hydrogen; and R<SB>4</SB>is a 5-10C cycloalkyl group or a 5-10C cycloalkyl group substituted with a 1-4C alkyl group], and has an optical transmittance of≥40%.
