PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable self-massage by a person with weak sense of pain or resistance such as a diabetes patient by enabling appropriate and effective massage without damaging the skin. SOLUTION: A skin massage composition used for skin massage contains a Japanese and Chinese plant extract as an active ingredient. At least one chosen from the group consisting of extracts from ginkgo, hawthorn, Panax ginseng, Rehmannias radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma, poria, Persicae semen, Swertia japonica, Paeonia lactiflora, Angelicae radix, Cnidii rhizoma, Paeonia suffruticosa, Caryophylli flos, Eriobotryae folium, Scutellariae radix, saxifrage, Cinnamomi cortex, aloe, Artemisia capillaris, Coicis semen, Armeniacae semen, perilla and tea and flavonoids from Glycyrrhizae radix is used as the Japanese and Chinese plant extract.
