PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of the holding member in a roller mechanism part and to prevent the interference of a vehicle with the holding member at the time of application of a protective layer forming material. SOLUTION: In a holder connection part 88, a large number of first through-holes 87a are formed to a holder main body 86e at a predetermined interval and second through-holes 87b having an almost rectangular shape are respectively provided to the almost central parts of a fixed holder part 86a and a movable holder part 86c. Further, chamfered parts 89a and 89b, which are inclined at a predetermined angle so as to become narrow toward the leading ends thereof, are respectively formed to the leading end parts of the fixed holder part 86a and the movable holder part 86c.
