PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine for which a front door 3 is opened and closed while keeping a rental ball supply nozzle 103 arranged at a ball delivery position as it is. SOLUTION: The front door 3 covering a game area 22 is openably attached to the side part of a front surface frame 2, and a tray door 4 provided with a ball tray 41 is openably attached at the lower position of the front door 3. A ball lending machine 101 for delivering balls is installed at the side part of the pachinko game machine. On the front surface of the front surface frame 2, the lending ball supply nozzle 103 of the ball lending machine 101 is extended onto the ball tray 41. At the front surface frame 2, a left side decoration panel 24 where an electric appliance is arranged is fixed to a rear part to be the ball delivery position of the lending ball supply nozzle 103 extended from the ball lending machine onto the ball tray 41, and the front door 3 is opened while evading the lending ball supply nozzle 103 when opening it.
