PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consecutively and securely feed tissue paper by adopting a structure matching the quality of the tissue paper such as toilet paper. SOLUTION: The tissue paper feeding device 1 has a serrated cutter 71 for making perforations P on the tissue paper 3a. The serrated cutter 71 is disposed in the middle of a conveying passage 5 from a mounting part 4 of a tissue paper roll 3 to a take-out hole 51. On the downstream side of the cutter, a driving roller 81 and a driven roller 80 of a conveyer mechanism 8 for drawing and feeding the tissue paper 3a to the downstream side are disposed near the take-out hole 51.
