PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of excessive frictional force at the rotary shaft 21 of a rotator 20. SOLUTION: Since a driving member 14 and a following member 16 can relatively displaced in an axial direction, in a peripheral direction and in a radial direction, fitting of a protrusion 36 and a receiving groove 46 to each other is secured even when there are interval change between the driving member 14 and the following member 16, the deviation of the shaft of the driving member 14 and that of the following member 16, the tilting of the shaft of the driving member 14 and that of the following member 16, etc. The rotary shaft 21 of the rotator 20 is borne by a bearing holding cylinder 25 via a bush bearing 18, and a core is rightly held without regard to the shaft deviation and tilting of the driving member 14 and the following member 16. Even when the output shaft 12a of a motor 12 is decentered with respect to the rotary shaft 21 of the rotator 20, the rotary shaft 21 is never deviated and tilted. Thus, excessive frictional force is never generated, so that rotation is never made to be unstable due to wearing, and excessive load is not applied to the motor 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
