PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storing container which can maintain a stable vacuum characteristic regardless of stages of liquid consumption, without liquid leakage from the air induction section under any usage and storage environment. SOLUTION: The liquid storing container is provided with a storage part, a liquid supply part, a valve chamber, and a communication path. The storage part defines a storage space of the liquid, the liquid supply part is formed in the magazine and supplies the stored liquid to the liquid application section, the valve chamber allows induction of gas to the above-mentioned storage space from the outside, and is equipped with a one-way valve to prevent induction of liquid and gas to the outside from the above-mentioned storage space. The communication path connects fluid between the above-mentioned magazine and valve chamber. The liquid storage container is also provided with a mechanism with a function to maintain or expand the volume of the above-mentioned storage space, and a communication path closure member which can open and close the fluid communication through the above-mentioned communication path between the above-mentioned liquid storing container and the above-mentioned valve chamber.
