PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lithographic printing form by development on a printing press which can obtain prints of good quality in a shorter time, and to provide its printing method. SOLUTION: In a method for development on a printing press of a lithographic printing form material capable of developing by water or capable of developing on the printing press, (a) a process for supplying dampening water by bringing a dampening roller into contact with the lithographic printing form material rotating a cylinder to which an image drawn lithographic printing form material is fitted; and (b) a process for removing a part unnecessary for printing on the lithographic printing form material by supplying ink by bringing an ink roller into contact therewith, are provided.
