PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for an electric-wave reflecting plate which meets two or more installation conditions by the use of only one electric-wave reflecting plate, deals easily with changes in the directions of convergence/diffusion of a reflected electric wave and changes of the reflection curve, and does not require replacement, etc. SOLUTION: A rectangular tabular electric-wave reflecting plate 1 soft and flexible is arranged so as to face an antenna body 2. The reflecting plate 1 is bent (i.e. generates a deflection) in the direction of Z vertical to the tabular plate by applying pressure from the directions of struts 3a, 3b to the reflecting plate 1 having a width (the dimension between the struts 3a, 3b) of W1, and inserting them into cylinders 4a, 4b arranged at an interval of W2(<W1). The shape of the reflected wave becomes a conversion direction surrounding the antenna body 2 by a bending in the Z direction, and a diffusion direction not surrounding the antenna body 2 by a bending in the direction of -Z.
