摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the high band control is restricted by a sampling of a head signal and also the setting time for positioning a head becomes longer when coarse motion and fine motion actuators are cooperatively controlled by only a positional error due to the head signal. SOLUTION: Since the cooperative control is attained in the high range by estimating the movement distance of the head with the coarse motion actuator on the basis of the estimated speed by a counter electromotive voltage signal and also by constituting the fine motion control system on the basis of the positional error caused by the head position estimated together with the displacement by the fine motion actuator and the head positional error due to the head positional signal, the head becomes followable with the track while suppressing the positional error due to the friction, FPC reaction force, or vibration.
