PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying a very small amount of biomolecule existing in a tissue and a cell of an organism by mass spectrometry to diagnose various kinds of diseases or the like quickly and easily, and a method for promoting the ionization of the biomolecule of which the ionization is difficult conventionally in the mass spectrometry. SOLUTION: In this mass spectrometry for the biomolecule, the biomolecule is labeled by a fluorescent labeling agent having a reactive group having bonding ability to the biomolecule, and having +1 to +6 of total positive charge or -6 to -1 of total negative charge.
