摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor capable of improving detection accuracy in the state where a load torque is zero furthermore than hitherto, its manufacturing method and an electric steering device. SOLUTION: In this torque sensor 10 and its manufacturing method, since the relative position between each outside wiring part 53 and each inside wiring part 54 of a pair of resolvers 50, 50 having the same structure agree with each other between both resolvers 50, 50, each dispersion pattern of detection accuracy of the resolvers 50, 50 moving sequentially with rotation of a torsion bar 14 agrees with each other. Therefore, each dispersion of the detection accuracy of the resolvers 50, 50 is compensated by determining the difference between detection angles of both resolvers 50, 50 in the state where the load torque is zero. In this electric steering device 70 equipped with the torque sensor 10, assist torque to steering operation can be controlled accurately by detecting a reaction force to the steering 71 more accurately than hitherto.
