摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound identification method, a noise evaluation device, a noise evaluation method, a noise evaluation program and a recording medium, for evaluating a noise accurately from an acoustic signal of an object measured under a dark noise. SOLUTION: In this noise evaluation device 1, a sound generated from the measuring object 10 is measured and the acoustic signal is outputted through a sound input part 4 by a microphone 2, and a vibration generated from the measuring object 10 is measured and a vibration signal is outputted through a vibration input part by an acceleration pickup 3, and it is discriminated whether the acoustic signal is an acoustic signal of the sound generated from the measuring object 10 or not based on the acoustic signal and the vibration signal by a sound identification part 8, and the noise generated from the object is evaluated based on the acoustic signal identified as the acoustic signal generated from the measuring object 10 by a noise evaluation part 9.
