PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit capable of securely achieving strength even when a column is not erected at a corner. SOLUTION: Upper beams 16 and 19 and lower beams 20 and 23 for forming upper and lower corner parts 43 are not jointed at an upper end and a lower end of columns 27 and 28, but they are respectively continuous single members. There is no need of forming a flat rectangular form by stretching L-shaped upper and lower beams between the columns 27 and 28. Limitation can thus be eliminated in relation to strength of the building unit due to installation strength of the L-shaped upper and lower beams.
