PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform leak determination of evaporated fuel control device in a short amount of time, to increase frequency, and thereby to enhance reliability of a diagnostic system, by performing the leak determination after the inside of the evaporated fuel control device is forced to be in a vacuum state with a vacuum tank, and shortening time required for the leak determination from engine stop. SOLUTION: In the evaporated fuel control device for an internal combustion engine, an atmosphere releasing passage and a purge valve are provided, and a selector valve is disposed to a purge passage between the purge valve and a canister. The selector valve switches among a case in a communicating state of an intake pipe with the canister, a case in a communicating state of the vacuum tank with the purge valve, and a case in a communicating state among the the vacuum tank, the purge valve, and the intake pipe. A determination means is provided to perform the leak determination in the evaporated fuel control device, after the selector valve is switched to be in the communicating state among the the vacuum tank, the purge valve, and the intake pipe so that pressure in the evaporated fuel control device is reduced, in the engine stop.
