PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for invisible mending solving problems that a regular invisible mending or a weaving method with good finish and resistance to cleaning has disadvantages in requiring much time and labor and comparatively raising even charge and invisible mending of doeskin, tuxedo cloths, or the like, or complicated weave is difficult or regarded as nearly impossible in the method for invisible mending designed to mend a flaw opening of a cloth. SOLUTION: The method for invisible mending is carried out as follows. A joint surrounding the flaw hole is entered in a textile design of the cloth to be mended. A combination design indicating a method for inserting thread legs of a self-fabric into the joint or its vicinity with signs is prepared. The thread legs of the self-fabric are inserted into the cloth to be mended according to the signs. In the process, a stereoscopic microscope is used to fix the cloth onto a tailor's ham. The position of the tailor's ham can be regulated so as to coincide with the focus of the stereoscopic microscope. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
