PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inactivating a pollinosis allergen, whereby pollinosis can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The method for inactivating the pollinosis allergen is carried out by bringing (A) the pollinosis allergen existing in pollen and (B) a compound reactive with (A) into contact with each other so as to react them.
