PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition comprising an epoxy compound and an energy ray-curable composition which are highly safe and stable, having an excellent photocurability even under a high humidity, and forming a film having a high strength and good solvent resistance and water resistance. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition comprises the epoxy compound expressed by formula (1) (in the formula R<SB>100</SB>is a substituent; m0 is 0-2; r0 is 1-3; and L<SB>0</SB>is a 1-15C (r0+1)-valent linking group whose principal chain may have an oxygen or sulfur atom, or a single bond).
