NEW BENZOIC ACID DERIVATIVE OR ITS SALT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound which has anticoagulant action on the basis of inhibition of activated blood coagulation factor VII and is useful as an anticoagulant or a prophylactic and a therapeutic agent for diseases caused by thrombus or embolus. SOLUTION: The benzoic acid derivative is represented by general formula (1) (ring A is a benzene ring, a thiophene ring or a six-membered aromatic ring containing 1-4 nitrogen atoms) having chemical structure in which the ring A is bonded through an amide bond to the benzene ring and the ring A is bonded to benzoic acid and its ester body. The inhibitor of activated blood coagulation factor VII is obtained. Especially the selective inhibitor of activated blood coagulation factor VII is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
