The invention relates to an electric switch with an active branch (B1) which selectively authorizes the circulation of a two-directional electric current (Id1) between an input (E) and an output (S) of said switch. According to the invention, the active branch (B1) comprises two field-effect semi-conductor components (T11, T12) each of which is provided with a drain (d11, d12), a source (s11, s12) and a grid (g11, g12) and which are connected by their respective sources (s11, s12), a polarization circuit (POL) being provided in order to selectively apply a polarization voltage (Vgs) between the grid and the source of each of the two components, whereby said voltage simultaneously places said components in a conducting state or in a blocked state. |
