The spur-toothed gear wheel (1) has an integral hollow shaft (2) with axial shaft bore (4), and bores (6) to relief the crushing pressure on the conveyed product. The bores extend through each tooth (3) from one tooth face (5) to the other and are located near the root circle. Each tooth has 1-4, pref. 2-3 bores. The bores in one tooth are offset relative to those on the next tooth.
