<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input/output device suitable for managing picture information by using a recording medium having a communication section and a storage section, and to provide the recording medium, a program and an information input/output method. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic blackboard device 80 comprises: the input portion of a screen input/output section 804 inputting a coordinate by specifying a coordinate position on a screen; the output portion of the screen input/output section 804 outputting a picture including a two-dimensional diagram and characters by using a coordinate inputted by the input section on the screen; the writing portion of an IC reading/writing section 807 writing in a non-contact form information on the picture on an IC card 90 having an antenna 901 and an IC chip 902; an operation display section 806 generating instructions to output the information on the picture written on the IC card 90 on the screen; and the reading portion of the IC reading/writing section 807 reading in a non-contact form the information on the picture from the IC card 90 by the instructions generated from the operation display section 806. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
