<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical table such as a gynecological checking table or a delivery table equipped with at least a back plate which can support at least the back of a patient and a seat plate which can support the buttocks of the patient, for which the back plate can move from the standing state to the tilted state. <P>SOLUTION: A lower half body supporting section 52 which can support the lower half body of the lying patient includes a seat plate constituent 11, a first supporting unit 54 which extends approximately downward from a vicinity of the front end part of the seat plate constituent 11 at a lower half body supporting section formation releasing position, and a second supporting unit 53 which extends approximately backward from a vicinity of the lower end part of the first supporting unit 54 at the lower half body supporting section formation releasing position. By this medical table, there is no fear for that the patient who needs to keep her body restful while lying on the medical table 1 for a comparatively long time greatly gets exhausted mentally and physically.
