<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, rapid and highly safe method for producing a tissue extract liquid without using an apparatus such as a homogenizer or a sonicator, and to provide a method for analyzing a protein in the tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The method for production is characterized as follows. The tissue is subjected to an enzyme treatment for dispersing cells and a surfactant treatment for solubilizing membranes without performing a homogenizing treatment or an ultrasonic treatment.
