<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition useful for obtaining a film or the like excellent in boiling resistance, impact resistance, and bending fatigue resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by melt mixing (A) a saponified product of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having water content of 20-50 wt.% and (B) a water swelling laminar inorganic compound through an extruder under a condition of the formula: 200<R×W<8,000, wherein R represents the residence time (sec) in the extruder from a point in time when both of (A) and (B) are introduced into the extruder to a point in time when extruded, and W represents the expended electric power (kW) of the extruder, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
