PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely change a traveling speed according to an acceleration switch or deceleration switch operation, and secure stable traveling control. SOLUTION: When an accelerator switch is turned off, an actual vehicle speed is stored as a new target vehicle speed (step S120). When the new target vehicle speed is judged smaller than an old target vehicle speed before the accelerator switch is operated (step S122), the old target vehicle speed is continuously used (step S124). On the other hand, when a coast switch is turned off, the actual vehicle speed is stored as a new target vehicle speed (step S132). When the new target vehicle speed is judged larger than the old target vehicle speed before the coast switch is operated (step S134), the old target vehicle speed is continuously used (step S136), so that travel can be stably controlled.
