PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increases in the number of parts while improving the durability of electrical parts without the need for special parts, and to sufficiently support a large load at the collision etc. of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Since a base frame 21 is open downward, foreign matter such as dust is prevented from entering and accumulating in the base frame 21. Especially since liquid objects hardly enter the base frame 21, the electrical parts of a load sensor 51 in the base frame 21 are prevented from being covered with the liquid objects. Since thereby the durability of the electrical parts and the reliability of the load sensor 51 are improved, loads are stably and highly accurately detected over a long period by the load sensor 51. In addition, since a large load which occurs at the collision etc. of the vehicle is supported by load support parts 81E and 81F of a base bracket 81, a load exerted on the base frame 21 is relatively reduced.
