PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sufficiently impregnating a resin in a multifilament produced by bundling organic single fibers having large surface area while preventing the scattering of the fiber in charging, stirring and kneading operations, the degradation of work environment and the lowering of the fiber yield and provide an organic fiber bundle effective for preventing the uneven dispersion after stirring and kneading operations and the generation of fiber balls. SOLUTION: A water-soluble resin is applied as a sizing agent to a plurality of organic single fibers having a flatness of 5-20. The sizing agent is applied by a dip-nip method using the 1st resin bath and the 2nd resin bath and the viscosity of the 2nd resin liquid is set to be higher than that of the 1st resin liquid.
