PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire vulcanizing bladder, capable of shortening a vulcanizing time and capable of improving the physical properties after the vulcanization of the bladder, and a mold used therein. SOLUTION: When the tire vulcanizing bladder is vulcanized using a mold constituted by providing a plurality of first heating parts 6, 7 and 8 for heating the unvulcanized tire vulcanizing bladder X having a thick-walled part X2 in an upper mold 1, a lower mold 2 and a core 3, the temperature of the first heating part 7 most approaching the thick-walled part X2 is made higher than the temperatures of the remaining first heating parts 6 and 8 to perform vulcanization.
