PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a membrane porous without being subjected to calendering and orientation after the membrane is laminated. SOLUTION: Three porous membrane materials are dissolved in a good solvent to make a porous membrane material solution and the three porous membrane material solutions are respectively placed in agitation mixing machines 1, 2 and 3. The porous membrane material solution is respectively mixed with the agitation mixing machines 1, 2 and 3 to transfer the porous membrane material solution to a casting die 7. The porous membrane raw material solution is casted in piles from a slot 17 to form a gel-like molded article 8. The gel-like molded article 8 is dipped in a coagulation liquid 11 mixed with the good solvent and a poor solvent against the porous membrane raw material accommodated in a coagulation bath 12, and the poor solvent in the coagulation liquid 11 is substituted with the good solvent in the gel-like molded article 8 from a liquid membrane surface of the gel-like molded article 8 to the inside thereof to form a fine hole and also gradually proceed coagulation.
