PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging apparatus which is simple to assemble and is small in the number of parts. SOLUTION: The charging apparatus A has a recess 110A, in which a cordless telephone set B is mounted and in which an opening 111A is made at a position opposed to the charge terminal 10 of the cordless telephone set B at the bottom of this recess, a pair of feed terminals which are retained inside the case 100 and whose tip 210 can contact with the feeding terminal 10 of the cordless telephone set B through an opening 111A, and a connector 300, which is retained within the case 100 and on which the plug C of an adaptor (not shown) for charging is mounted. The connector 300 has a terminal 310, which is electrically connected with the terminal (not shown) of a plug C, and a rear end 220 of the feed terminal 200 is inserted into this terminal 310.
