PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device manufacturable at low cost by simple structure, securely fixable a mounted material on a base, and not loosened by vibration. SOLUTION: This fixing device comprises a hard bar-like body or a plate-like body installable into an insert hole in the base to which the mounted material is fixed or driveable in the base. A fixed part is formed at the upper end of a body part, a lower end forms the tip of an entry part, and a barb is formed at the tip or body part of the device. The mounted material is put on the base, the entry part is driven from the upper side of the mounted material to press the mounted material on the base by the fixed part, and a force for returning the driven body part is developed by the elastic force of at least one of the base, the mounted material, and the fixed part to crimp or hook the barb into or onto the base.
