摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single electronic device wherein places of capacity coupling can be reduced, mirror current direction can be made the same as that of an original current and strong current mirror effect is produced. SOLUTION: A gate voltage Vg1 is applied to an electrode between a fine tunnel 1-k-1 and a fine tunnel 1-k from a gate voltage source 4, bias voltage sources 5-1, 5-2 are disposed in both ends of a one-dimensional serial array 1 and bias voltages +V1/2, -V1/2 are applied each. Therefore, a current I1 is made to flow to the one-dimensional serial array 1. Furthermore, a gate voltage Vg2 is applied to an electrode between a fine tunnel 2-2 and a fine tunnel 2-3 from a gate voltage source 6, bias voltage sources 7-1, 7-2 are disposed at both ends of the one-dimensional serial array 2 and bias voltages +V2/2, -V2/2 are applied each.
