PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide module equipment that can be removed from the main body side of a substrate by easily releasing the equipment from a locked state and, in addition, can be fixed stably when the equipment is mounted on the main body of the substrate, and to provide a structure for mounting the equipment. SOLUTION: The structure for mounting the module equipment 11 is composed of the main body 51 of the substrate on which the equipment 11 is mounted, and the module equipment 11 containing an enclosure section 12 as its main body. The main body 51 of the substrate has fitting holes 55 in and from which fitted projections 42 provided on the enclosure section 12 can be fitted and removed freely, and an engaging section 53 which forms a positioning and fixing section 18 by positioning and fixing a locking lever 33 which can be undulated freely when the lever 33 is titled at their corresponding portions. The module equipment 11 can be fitted to the main body 51 of the substrate in a releasably locked state by fitting the fitted projections 42 in the fitting holes 55 and, at the same time, positioning and fixing the locking lever 33 to the engaging section 53 by tilting the lever 33.
