PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a tilt of a moving contact 8 with respect to a plunger rod 7 to restrain a bouncing phenomenon. SOLUTION: A contact pressure spring 9 is disposed between an insulator 24 fixed to the plunger rod 7 and an insulation member 23, and provides a pressing load necessary in carrying a current to the moving contact 8 after the moving contact 8 comes into contact with a pair of fixed contacts 6. The pressure spring 9 has a spring outside diameter not less than the closest distance between a pair of the fixed contacts 6a and 6b. The insulator 24 is integrally provided with a cylindrical outside diameter guide part 24b for restricting the outside diameter of the pressure spring 9. Thereby, the tilt of the moving contact 8 is restrained and the moving contact can evenly contact a pair of the fixed contacts 6, so that uneven wear of the contacts is reduced. Reactive moment generated when the moving contact 8 contacts the fixed contacts 6 is absorbed, and the bouncing phenomenon of the moving contact 8 is restrained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
