PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit forming implement for a centrifugal multiblade fan durable and easy to build up besides maintaining the molding precision. SOLUTION: A blade supporting body 140 comprises an outside supporting member 141 and an inside supporting member 142 arranged inside the outside supporting member 141. Outside insertion grooves 144 are formed on the outside supporting member 141 and inside insertion grooves 145 are formed on the inside supporting member 142. Cutter slide grooves 146 are obliquely/outwardly formed on the inside supporting member 142. Slit punching cutters 152 axially supported by a rotation operating part 151 carries out cutting of blades 102 along with the rotational movement of the rotation operating part 151.
