GAS STORAGE TANK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas storage tank capable of efficiently discharging heat generated in an occlusion/adsorption material. SOLUTION: The hydrogen storage tank 10 houses inside a hydrogen occlusion alloy 32. The hydrogen storage tank 10 is provided with heat transfer fins 30 along its inside wall face, contacting the inside wall face and the hydrogen occlusion alloy 32, and a retaining part 32 to retain the heat transfer fins 30 so that it contacts the inside wall face of a tank container 20. Heat generated in the hydrogen occlusion alloy 32 upon the hydrogen occlusion alloy 32 occluding hydrogen is transferred to the tank container 20 through the heat transfer fins 30.
