PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that water permeable concrete cannot be constructed on a steep inclined face or a vertical face when the permeable concrete is formed by spraying a mixing spray of aggregate and a self-hardening agent to a construction surface with an air pressure feeding system. SOLUTION: A porous form B having a side projected backward by ranging from the front and both side edges of the front is placed by opposing the front to the inclined or vertical construction surface and, at the same time, after the form is supported on the construction surface side through a proper supporting means E, the inside of the form is filled with the aggregate A, and then, cement milk or mortar F in the form is sprayed or poured to connect the aggregate to form the permeable concrete on the inclined or vertical construction surface.
