PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of low cost capable of locking a crescent in such a way that it cannot be easily unlocked by an invader from the external. SOLUTION: This lock device is provided with a lock 13 comprising a latch 16 having an insert part 18 inserted to a cavity 17 between a base seat 7 and a crescent receiver 5, and a lock main body 15 to be connected to the latch 16. On the base end side of the insert part 18 in an inserting direction to the cavity 17, a lock member 14 is provided to be engaged with an operation lever part 10 to operate the crescent main body 8 to cooperate with the insert part 18 for prohibiting rotation operation to the crescent main body 8 as the crescent main body 8 is engaged with the crescent receiver 5. As the insert part 18 is inserted into the cavity 17, the tip side of the insert part 18 in the inserting direction is engaged with the lock main body 15 to set the lock 13 locked, thereby the insert part 18 is prevented from getting out of the cavity 17.
