PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new paving material dissolving a temperature increasing ratio due to asphalt pavement. SOLUTION: The new paving material 4 kneads coal ash, a resin bond and a binder to be laid and levelled on an existing asphalt pavement so as to suppress increase of the temperature of heat of the earth.
