PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a safety at a low cost at a jobsite, where a reinforcement end section is exposed. SOLUTION: A reinforcement curing metallic material 10 has a U-shaped member 12 bent in a U shape and composed of a steel wire, a plate-shaped plate member 14 composed of an iron plate and the spiral steel wire 16 for a holding mounted so as to surround the leg section 12a of the member 12. The metallic material 10 is held on the end face of a joint bar 20 approximately vertically, and secured to the joint bar 20 by fitting the steel wire 16 so as to cover the end section of the joint bar 20 so that a horizontal reinforcement 22 is held between the plate member 14 and the curved section 12c of the member 12.
