PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying rush mat with no scuffing at the end face in the laying rush mat using a synthetic rush mat facing. SOLUTION: A synthetic rush mat facing part of the laying rush mat formed by bonding the synthetic rush mat facing, a synthetic resin foam or felt or the like is blanked by applying a punching blade from the surface of the synthetic rush mat facing, and then the sides are uniformly pressed one by one to a hot plate of about 190°C and melted.
