PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broach groove working method in high precision capable of reducing changing of a broaching tool, improving an operation rate and reducing cost. SOLUTION: A part 1 before broach groove working having a first groove part 3 having a finishing stock by a broach in the axial direction of a hole inner wall part 23 and a second groove part 4 larger than dimensions of the first groove part 3 and the finishing stock added to it is worked by working the first groove part by a broach 2 on which a plurality of broach blade rows 5, 6 free to finish and work a first groove are provided around a central shaft at a position corresponding to the first groove and at a position corresponding to the second groove part, axially rotating the broach after working the broach grooves of a specified number of the parts before the broach groove working, positioning the broach blade row 5 used for first working at the second groove part and working the first groove part 3 of a new part of the broach groove working by the broach blade rows 6 unused for the first working.
