PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep fairness in a game by preventing an illegal action. SOLUTION: In a state where a setting key is turned to an on-position, it is determined whether a pay-out rate is selected within a prescribed period of time from turning on a power source switch. When a table selection signal is received within the prescribed period of time after turning on the power source switch, the pay-out rate can be continuously selected.
