PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester resin composition which does not entail the chemical reaction of crosslinking at the time of molding and is suitable for extrusion molding, particularly for low foaming profile molding, and to provide a low foaming profile molded article obtained by molding the composition through profile extrusion. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyester resin composition consists of 100 pts.wt. of an amorphous thermoplastic polyester resin (A) and 0.2-2 pts.wt. of a polytetrafluoroethylene resin (B) which causes fibrillation by a shearing force.
