PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly designable composition that controls emission of hydrogen gas, has excellent storage stability and adhesiveness and comprises a reactive silicon group-containing organic polymer to be provided with a metallic feeling as a main component. SOLUTION: The designable composition comprises (A) a rubber-based organic polymer which contains a hydroxy group and/or a hydrolyzable group which is bonded to a silicon atom and contains at least one a silicon atom-containing group crosslinkable by siloxane bond formation, (B) metal powder and (C) a compound to form an amine compound by reaction with water.
