PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for loading and unloading, having a function for reasonably and efficiently loading and unloading articles of various types of packing without needing many hands. SOLUTION: This attachment comprises a support 21 provided with a mounting bracket 23 capable of being connected with a tip part of an arm part of a working machine at its upper part and comprising a swiveling mechanism 24, a suspended main frame 27 fixed to a rotating side of the swiveling mechanism 24 of the support 21 at its basic end part, a pair of forks 28, 28 extended forward from a lower end 27b branched into two, of the main frame 27, in a state of being approximately orthogonal to an axis of the rotation at a desired interval, and a load pressing holding mechanism 30 pivoted on an upper part of the main frame 27 at its basic end part, and holding the linear load received and supported on the forks 28, between the pair of forks 28, 28 from an upper side.
