PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize application of a three-point-type seat belt device to a center seat of a bench seat for three persons without causing increase in mass and cost. SOLUTION: The three-point-type seat belt device is applied to the center seat 1 of the bench seat for three persons. A retractor 4 for winding a webbing 3 is mounted to a floor reinforce 6 at a downward position on the back surface side of the seat back 5. A shoulder anchor 7 for folding, to the front surface side of the seat back 5, the webbing 3 pulled upwardly from the retractor 4 near a shoulder opening of the center seat 1 is mounted to an upper reinforce 9 of a back panel 8.
