PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire state monitoring device capable of certainly informing tire a state regardless of vehicle speed. SOLUTION: An angleθallowing certain transmission and receiving between an antenna 41 of a transceiver and a transponder 30 is total of 90°of right 45°and left 45°from the center of the tire 20 toward the antenna 41 of the transceiver. The transceiver transmits at least one call radio wave when the transponder 30 lies in the transmittable/receivable angleθin response to the speed of the vehicle 10. As a result, the transponder 30 having responded to the call radio wave can wirelessly transmit data including measured air pressure data.
